This coming Saturday, March 27, is a special event for the Firehouse Theater. It’s “Irish” night, even if a week or so late!
We will have about ten dancers from the An Cor Rud School of Irish Step Dance giving a performance at 7:30 PM. These young women have been dancing for several years and some have international experience. It will be a delightful show.
Immediatly following the dancers John Wayne, Maureen O’Hara and the ever-loveable Barry Fitzgerald will lead us on a marvelous tour of Ireland in the movie, The Quiet Man. Great photography, spirited Irish music, a nice long fist fight, and a strong love affair!!! What more could one ask?
Please mark March 27 on your calendar. We hope to see you and friends at the Firehouse Theater. Tickets are $6 and include both the Irish Step Dancers and The Quiet Man.
There will be no movie on Saturday, April 3, as this is Easter Week-end.
