Ashwood Gardens & Nursery will hold their 4th annual Pumpkin Chunk-A-Thon Saturday, October 31, 2009, 10:00AM-3:00PM at 11374 Ashcake Rd, Ashland. The Chunk-A-Thon benefits Hanover Arc, a non-profit organization servicing adults and children with disabilities.

Hanover Arc will utilize the funds raised to fund Saturday Sitters- a recreation and respite program for families with children with disabilities. A $5.00 donation includes a chance to catapult a pumpkin from a large wooden trebujet to win a prize. In addition, there will be Cornhole, face painting, hayrides, a corn maze, hotdogs and an alpaca zoo.
