Join us at Gallery 606 at 606 England Street for our “Every Second Friday” art opening! November’s featured artist is Carolyn Jernigan, an Ashland resident, who specializes in acrylics and mixed media combined as mediums. She works with gourds, ostrich eggs and polymer surfaces. This show features abstracts and textured works from a variety of our artists. We also carry pottery from Kathrne Thompson, another Ashland resident, turned wood works by Dick Burton and beautiful hand-painted china by local artists whose works are given as official gifts by both the State Department and the White House.
